Used to be the only company I would use but not any more. Have been trying to get help for weeks but not able to get an appointment nor a phone call back. Have tried to do it via email but having supplied the necessary info they have never bothered to reply to my emails. ** Following your response received 2 years after my feedback. I eventually had basic replies asking me to complete a form which I did but nothing ever came back from that either.

So we got our first mortgage thanks to the mortgage guy in 2013, we have since remortgaged twice and now on the move to a new house and new mortgage. It's about time I left them a review. Both Chris and Lorraine are great people, their attention to detail and knowledge is second to none. Any queries, issues or concerns they are happy to help. The amount of times I've rung up for advice I might as well of had them on speed dail.

They really do go the extra mile and it's the little touches like sending us flowers when we had the longest remortgage in the world (thanks to changes in solar panel t and Cs) which makes then stand out. We will never use anyone else and would 100 % reccomend them for all your mortgage needs, you won't be disappointed.

He was happy to help from day one and we hadn’t even paid him yet! As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and took a fair few months looking at properties, ups and downs meant putting buying a property on hold and revisiting it. Though he assisted through all that time answering all our questions and just generally being a good go to guy for help.

Once we had an offer excepted he booked us in straight away to get the ball rolling. He recommended solicitors who were also amazing. Fantastic service from start to finish, a great team. We got a good competitive morgage, insurance protection from Chris to meet our needs and service that showed they care. We were dealing with tmg for almost a year with a re-morg and then a house move and as it became complicated Holly and Tabitha were very helpful, nothing is too much trouble to help you through any neccesary paperwork/legal processes.
