As a self employed person, I am always aware of additional difficulties in finding the right mortgage for me and my partner. Add to the mix a national pandemic and banks either reluctant or nervous to lend, and I was faced with quite a challenge to find the right mortgage. Luckily we had used Search Mortgage Solutions before so had no hesitation in their ability to help us find the right product. David helped us with quite a lengthy process in which a property purchase fell through resulting in an extended search and subsequent need for a new product. David took much of the stress out of an otherwise stressful situation and we could not be happier.

As first time buyers we had no clue when it came to finding a mortgage. After dealing with a different mortgage advisor who ill advised us, we emailed David after reading his testimonials. We wasn't expecting a response however he returned to us within 5-10 minutes. The same evening we then had a discussion by phone and David put our mind at ease, assuring us that he will find the right mortgage for us.
Within the same week we attended his offices and signed the documents. Our mortgage was then accepted and all was done within 7 days.
David explained everything that we needed to know in simple terms and found us the best mortgage for our circumstances. He was contactable at 7am through to 10pm, nothing was too much trouble. We will be returning to David once our 2 year fixed term is up and I would certainly recommend him to all of our friends and family. Really looking forward to moving into our first home and David made the whole process stress free!

I cannot recommend David and Search Mortgage Solutions enough! As a first time buyer, I was quite overwhelmed by the whole process and had got myself into quite a panic.
