Would highly recommend Ansar and his team to look after your mortgage needs! I went to them for a remortgage, they bent over backwards from start to finish to get me the best deal, and perfectly on time for the switch over. We switched to We Know Mortgages after receiving poor advice from our estate agents advisor. Ansar at WKM was incredibly professional, friendly and completely on the ball and super fast at responding. He completely took away all the stress of the process. Engaged with our solicitor, estate agent, builder and of course our lender. He also gave brilliant additional advice and his fee was much lower than that of the estate agents and worth every penny. Great company when looking for a mortgage deal. I had finished a relationship after shortly buying our first home! Very awkward! So I needed to get a mortgage on my own and looked at reviews on Google and of course We Know Mortgages had the best reviews. Absolutely first class experience from start to finish. Mortgage application completed at 6pm on Thursday evening. Approved the next day in principal, Property valued the following Monday and formal offer received the next day. I was buying a repossessed property and needed things to be done quickly.
