After so many issues with handful of other advisors, Gregg was the one that managed to get us through the whole process very smoothly and pleasantly, can't recommend him enough, definitely will be using his services in the future.

I don't often write and leave reviews, however I felt compelled to do so on this occasion because of the exceptional service I received from Gregg Maxam. Gregg from the start was completely committed in helping find the best product, which in my situation was a complicated BTL remortgage on current residential property with equity release. I was after 75%LTV, which I was told by previous broker, I won't be able to get.

I was a bit sceptical of the upfront fees, that are required, but quickly realised it was worth paying. Gregg went above and beyond with his service, using his knowledge and experience to get to a solution that fitted my needs. The whole process took a month. With great communication from Gregg we were able to complete in 4 weeks. Highly recommend Gregg to anyone seeking an experienced, professional and personable mortgage broker.
