Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Really disappointed with the service I received. I had a lengthy call with Callum and two weeks later still no follow even though it was promised the day of our call. When I called to follow up he said their were system errors, promised to follow up and then nothing. Waste of time. Will not recommend or use this company again.
