I couldn't recommend Tennielle, Aaron, Kathryn and the team any more so. Completely simplified, the process of becoming a first time buyer. Even with many deviations and amendments to purchasing a turnkey. To the extent of several months time delays form the developer. They handled it all with ease and kept me at ease throughout. As first time mature house buyers we were actually clueless as what to do until we visited Kori in your antrim branch. On our first visit we actually thought there's probably noway she will be able to get us a mortgage. Kori made us feel at ease and explained everything in a language we understood loved her wee diagrams. From the first initial visit to final completion Kori did everything really took the stress out of house buying.
She sorted everything and even when she went on holiday she made sure Aaron kept us informed through phone calls & email. I cannot recommend Kori and team enough. Thanks for everything

I was a first time buyer and Joanne and mark both offered great honest advice on applying for my mortgage etc. We got our dream house with their help and excellent advice. Any time we had a query or issue they where always there to answer any or our concerns with their knowledge. Even when the mortgage was in the final stages with the solicitors they where still there for us.
A few obstacles came up during the application and having a mortgage turned down with a different company before, we thought it was going to happen again, but Joanne and mark both spoke and dealt with the issues with the relevant parties to solve our problem and helped our application move on the the next stages where previously it collapsed. Would recommend them for anyone thinking off speaking to a mortgage advisor Thanks again

I have dealt with Joanne and Mark in this branch many times for both new mortgages and remortgages. I find their knowledge of all the various products, lenders, fees and lending criteria etc is awesome. Because they offer products across different lenders I've always had a great choice of options. Anytime I have had to deal with mortgages in the past 7/8 years I have always went to this branch and have recommended them to friends and family as well.
