Mortgage select really made my first house buying experience easy to understand and a simple process. My advisor was friendly and helpful and always went the extra mile to answer my questions and provide bespoke solutions for me.

Our experience was amazing we had trouble with the valuation the first time around but then James was really proactive and found us are mortgage and we couldn't be happier. This is the second time we have had the pleasure in dealing with Mortgage Select- they worked hard to arrange our first mortgage for us (in tricky circumstances!) and we have just rearranged our mortgage with them due to our current fixed term ending. Again a great experience where everything was explained really well and no stress at all for us.

Myself and my partner have had a great experience using Mortgage Select. We officially reserved and straight away Hannah was on the case setting out what needed to be done, what we needed to do, what Mortgage Select would be doing and how we go about it all. There was a clear process from the off. It was such a straight forward process and we had solid guidance throughout. Hannah managed to source the best deal available to us and ensured that the application for both Help to Buy and our mortgage went smoothly and without any issues.

Once we had completed all the relevant paperwork our mortgage application was submitted - we were kept up to date all the way through with the progress. We know from the experience of friends that securing a mortgage on your first home can be challenging but thankfully we didn't have any of that. Communication is a real strength of this company with progress updates/quick responses whenever required. Overall couldn't recommend enough!

We are currently applied for mortgage through a Help to buy scheme through Select Mortgage. It has been a wonderful customer journey till now and yes we are half way and hope to see through the property ladder soon. We are first time buyers and had no clue what was involved in applying for a mortgage. James at Mortgage select was amazing and cannot fault at all. Every question no matter how irrelevant wasn't too much for him. Cannot fault them at all. We have requested for us to be in contact in 5 years to do our remortgage with them again!

Felicity and the team at Mortgage Select have been incredibly helpful over the last 2 years with helping us take out our initial mortgage and recently now helping us secure our new remortgage deal. Mortgage Select were great through this process. We used these because they were the easiest on paper. Our advisor James was really helpful, calling me when most convenient for me, explaining what he was doing and why and a lot of detailed instructions to help us move along as quickly as possible! Really great company, do all the work for you and actually provide you with a great mortgage at the lowest rates!

They listened to the terms we wanted (i.e. 25 year, 5 yr fixed) and didn't try to upsell or convince us to use a different lender etc. Really were looking out for us as a customer and provided us with the best mortgage available (I also looked around separately and James got the best deal we could have wanted)!

Myself and my husband chose to use Mortgage select to help assist with the purchase of our first property. Felicity has been absolutely incredible from start to finish in assisting us on finding and choosing the best mortgage deal, as well as using the protection team (Gareth and Maisie) to assist us with our life/critical illness insurance policy and home insurance.

They are extremely efficient in responding and finding the best deals on the market. When receiving emails from them, they are laid out so well that it's easy to understand which is very helpful with all the answers to my questions. I have felt like we have been looked after very well and nothing has been a problem. I have been kept up to date with everything and the whole process has been smooth sailing.

I was very nervous about buying our first home but they have helped make it much more enjoyable and taken lots of stress off my shoulders by always being on the ball with any questions/queries that I have. I wouldn't ever use another mortgage advisor. I was recommended Samantha Roe by a friend and have recommended Samantha to my friends. Samantha has been outstanding in assisting me in my application for a mortgage. This was my first purchase on my own and Samantha has gone above and beyond my expectations to ensure I understood the process. Samantha also managed to secure me a deal that was better than I expected. The whole process has been straightforward and I couldn't recommend Samantha enough.
