NOT A SCAM The experience i have had with CARSUK i must say has changed my opinion on debt collection everyone i spoke to was friendly and helpful Went above and beyond making sure i was good for it and if not they was going to help me with a solution If people are getting hit with scams that make out they are this company give them a call and let them know but i can not see why there is so much hate on the review section myself apart from i guess knowone really likes money going else where CARSUK i appreciate all youre team for treating me as a human being and not just as a number

Not a positive word to say, suspect them of running phishing scams after my experience. They chasing me for money I don't owe to Three mobile, three mobile advised me to ignore all correspondence and not to deal with them, tried to reach a resolution with cars to no avail they want personal information for debts that don't exist. Letters through the day are very poorly worded laden with grammatical errors pixilated images whole thing seems very unprofessional and poorly organised I simply don't trust them. Also tried their internal complaints procedure to no avail

No written communication NOTHING then an unexpected deduction from my bank account. I never gave my card details and I didn't arrange a payment plan. Several telephone calls they wouldn't tell me who they are working for. DO NOT ALLOW UNLAWFUL DEDUCTIONS FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. Cowboys unlawful actions

Useless company, chasing me for a debt that I don't owe. Had the account fully closed by Three after they admitted the fault was their end. Have sent this proof to C.A.R.S via E-Mail and letter, had no response. Three themselves have told me twice they've also informed C.A.R.S but they still keep harassing me! They also have the cheek to turn on read receipts for their E-Mails and then harass you for opening their E-Mail and not responding! I suggest they check their spam folder!
