Terrible service. Met with Catherine Breen in Lisburn about changing my mortgage, she seemed helpful and gave me details of what I needed to do next, but I never heard anything more from her, no phone call or email. They obviously do not need the business. I therefore went with Navigate Mortgages and the service from them was amazing, I would highly recommend them and give the mortgage shop a miss.

I can't speak highly enough of Debbie my mortgage advisor, from the very start she was so helpful in her expertise and guidance. She really went the extra mile to help whilst I was having difficulty with a move in date, which had been put back on numerous occasions. Debbie was able to sort out an extension to the mortgage and liaise with solicitors and builders on my behalf, this was so helpful.

All I can say is that phillip at the Mortgage shop has been so helpful when applying and remortgaging my home. He is extremely helpful and efficient, great communication and updates as the process went along. I have dealt with a number of banks over the years but can say with authority you will get a first class service. Highly recommended.

The mortgage shop where so friendly and helpful when we where getting our mortgage organised. Terry was fantastic he explained everything so well and ensured we got the best deal for us. Terry sorted everything for us nothing was an issue, he kept the ball rolling a d got everything in place very quickly.

I could not recommend the mortgage shop enough. I phoned on a whim one morning, and luckily Debbie answered the phone! From start to finish, the whole process has been so easy and that has all been down to Debbie. She is amazing at what she does, so professional, and understanding and genuinely cares about her clients. Not only did Debbie secure us our mortgage, (within 2 weeks of us first meeting!) but she continues to support us. (right down to taking the time to call me and reassure me constantly along the way!) Debbie has helped us with our life insurance and finding the best policy for us and our young daughter, and explained everything right down to the letter. Debbie has made the whole process stress free, and thanks to her we will be moving into our new home next week!
