My first impressions were not good. When we arrived at the Pride Park office, the receptionist there was on a private call discussing a car accident and left us standing there for 5 minutes while she discussed her courtesy car, the circumstances of the crash, how it wasn't her fault, other party hadn't looked etc. I eventually sat down to wait! She then put her hand over the phone to ask if we needed help, to which we said we had an appointment.
She told us we were in the wrong place and said: "you need to go over the road, over there" waving her hand in a general direction which really didn't help - very poor directions and I got the impression she just couldn't wait to get back to her private call. As a result, we spent a further 10 minutes finding the location of our appointment and two further calls.
I was really tempted to go home at this point, but glad we stuck with it as the chap was very good and took us through all the options when we did eventually find him. Something to provide the correct office location would be helpful, and definitely some customer service training for the head office receptionist who gave a very unprofessional first impression.
