I used these guys for a previous purchase that did work out well, however on my return they did not do their homework on my fact find before putting my purchase through and caused me to get declined on my mortgage application, subsequently losing me a potential profit of 100k. I believe these guys are very over worked and short on staff and I would not recommend using them.
