A fantastic service throughout. We first went to visit Mortgage Source just to find out about a mortgage for my son. Kim was so helpful from the start. When he found a flat he wanted to buy, the estate agent recommended a mortgage advisor of their own, but we chose to stay with Mortgage Source and we are so glad we did. Buying, his first flat did not turn out to be a straight forward process, with the first purchase falling through and then the need for a change of solicitor part way through the second purchase, but Kim and her team were always there, chasing up any problems in a prompt and cheerful way. I highly recommend this team.

I have already recommended Kimberley to friends and family following an excellent broker service during our recent home moving process. Kimberley's expertise and knowledge of insurance policies added real value for us. Kimberley really took the time to ascertain exactly what we required and understood our new needs as a family with two very young children.
Anyone who has moved home knows how stressful the process can be and if you add juggling childcare and work during a global pandemic to this, you can appreciate how important it is to have good support and communication. Kimberley provided both and I can honestly say that we never had to chase her once. If only parties in the process operated to the same ethos!
