Helen was recommended to us by a family member and we have not been disappointed. Helen put in a tremendous amount of work in helping us to get our first mortgage and was so helpful and supportive. She explained things so clearly to us, as total newcomers to the process, answered all our questions, and offered us lots of options at each stage. When the application encountered some challenges she liaised frequently with the lender to make sure we were kept in the loop. We're not sure how we'd have managed without her guidance.
