Vendor accepted the offer for a property, but this agency keeps selling it. Agent calls a week later to say that it has been sold to someone else for more money. Very professional! My advice to all buyers to put terms with the offer to take the property of the market if the offer is accepted.

Our process of moving was very complicated but Robinson Jackson's were very efficient in the way they handled all the various contributing factors. We have found their staff very helpful and understanding and I think we might have given up if they hadn't given us advice and 'held our hands' through this whole experience which had some very unusually circumstances involved in it. This is the second move where we have used Robinson Jackson and I would definitely recommend the team at the Orpington office for their efficient expertise.

Had a great experience with Robinsons Jackons. John came round to discuss initially and was very polite, friendly and informative. Was respectful with mask and taking shoes off. We had also had some quotes from Internet only estate agents but liked the personal feel of a local agent. Our chain was a 6 person chain and was very painful due to stamp duty deadlines and issues at different points in the chain. Sharon was progressing our sale and was brilliant.

House purchases are always stressful especially racing to meet stamp duty. She was patient, informative and pushed to get us completed in time. She also had agents further up in the chain being very complimentary about her to me, saying she really helped get the entire chain completed in time. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Robinson Jackson Orpington team, they are all amazing, my process of the house selling/buying was abit of a tough one (no fault of theirs) but Sharon was fantastic, she was always there answering any questions or concerns I had.she never made me feel like I was being a pain with all my emails I sent her instead she was so calming and helped keep my anxiety low. The whole team are great and would 110% use them again without a doubt.
