I had the best experience with them in 6 year of letting properties agents. When I moved in, there were some issues with the heating, and while they were finding a solution, brought temporary heaters. They are always there when you need them, quick email respond, efficient and caring. The return of the deposit was straight forward and without problems.

Through the trickiest of years BASE gave great advice regarding my property after my tenant exited. Once the property was ready to re market BASE had a fantastic new tenant for me within days.
